As the We Code Association, we believe that donating is a voluntary behavior and that giving and sharing improves our quality of life. We stand behind and support donor rights as we care about NGOs and their projects winning the trust and respect of the public, and that donors and potential donors donate safely and intelligently. We acknowledge that all donors have the following rights.

Donor Rights:

• To be informed about the mission and vision of the NGO, how to use the donation and its capacity and intention to use the donation efficiently for its purposes,
• To learn about the board of directors and directors and to expect managers to perform their duties in a prudent and discreet manner,
• Access to up-to-date financial information,
• Requesting a guarantee that the donation will be used for its intended purpose,
• Appropriate acknowledgement,
• Requesting confidentiality of donations in accordance with the law,
• To demand that all the relations established with him by all employees representing the organization be on a professional level,
• Do not know if the person asking for the donation is a volunteer, an employee, or someone who has been hired simply for the job,
• Do not request that contact information be deleted from lists if it is to be shared with someone else,
• When donating, he has the right to ask questions, to receive immediate, correct and clear answers.
